  1. It’s hard to believe that it’s been 7 years already. Something like that just stays etched into your mind. I think we will all remember where we were and what we were doing on that day for the rest of our lives.

  2. Julia was pregnant with Michael, We lived here in the DC area, the Pentagon also took a hit, I just remember thinking what kinda world am I bringing a child into. That reminds me, I shot some BW film of when I took about 20 hairstylists (Use to be the DM for 15 Hair Salons) down to the pentagon about 2 weeks after what happened and we gave free haircuts to the searchers. I have to go and find those….

  3. Julie – I think we never will forget the rest of our lives.

Mom – thanks – love you!

Mike – I’d like to see those photos so dig them up!

    Gordon – 🙂

Heather – I wish you could have seen them in person. 😦 I have to find my photos from when we went to the top of the WTC when I was a kid.

Wolf – For the past 7 years I didn’t realize I had these until late last night. They were from a class trip to the Statue of Liberty. Actually…by 5th grade I think I was already in the “big leagues” and had my trusty Ansco 35mm camera. 🙂

  4. It is hard to believe that it was 7 years ago when this happened! I still remember what I was doing when the first breaking news report came through here in Australia. That report actually said that a small aircraft had struck one of the towers. Amazing how wrong that was!

I saw a documentary the other night called “102 minutes that changed America”. It was really the 102 minutes that changed the world. We are still feeling the repercussions of this day throughout the world!

I think this event, for our generation, is akin to the kennedy assassination for my parents and grandparents generations. We will always remember it!
